Webasto head Holger Engelmann, 54, who hails from Krefeld, is focused. In spite of the difficult market situation, he sees a positive future for his company, a supplier specialized in moonroofs, panoramic sunroofs and convertible tops, as well as heating and climate control systems. Engelmann has been heading the well-established enterprise as chairman since 2013. He intends to almost double sales figures to six or seven billion euros by the year 2025. In the process, he is depending on what is still a "young shoot," the new division of batteries and charging solutions. Engelmann, an economist, started his professional career in 1993 at Fichtel & Sachs. In 2007, he was hired as Chief Financial Officer at Webasto.
