1. Data transmission and logging for system-internal and statistic purposes

For technical reasons, your web browser automatically transmits data to our webserver when you access our website. This data is stored separately from other data you enter when using our service. We are not able to associate this data to a particular person. We will only send you this information after you have confirmed wishing to receive event notifcations via the confirmation link in the confirmation mail (double opt in).

5. Newsletter

When you decide to subscribe to our Congress and maybe also our Automobilwoche newsletter, we send the respective newsletters to the email address you provided. Our Congress newsletter informs about new topics and speakers. The Automobilwoche newsletter contains information about new products, news and events. Your email address is used exclusively by us and transferred to a software service provider Mail Chimp (by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, USA) and vertriebsunion meynen (vertriebsunion meynen GmbH & Co.
